Last Friday I was reminded of just how great of an artistically progressive town Denver has become. Among the various places along East Colfax that I spent my time kicking off the weekend, The Shoppe (Colfax and St. Paul) proved they not only dish up tasty cupcake treats and flashback worthy throwback cereals but also have a knack for featuring great local artists in their prime. Perfect example: the talents of EHF Collective – which is on display through early January. Peep their skills here. And try the Oreo cupcake. Delish.
